We cannot be held responsible for delays due to weather or mechanical problems which are beyond our control. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages which have been marked as “delivered” when tracked via the delivery confirmation number. Please remember that standard shipments will be left at your doorstep if you are not home. If you feel that your neighborhood or apartment complex is unsafe, or if you’ve had problems with postal mail in the past, have the package shipped to an address where someone will be able to receive it. Delivery times vary. Most orders are delivered very quickly (within 3-7 business days), but depending on location and internal delivery factors with shipping services, Flat Rate and Priority Ground delivery can take as long as 14 business days. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY or APO addresses?
No at this time we do not have an international or APO/FPO shipping option.
Most orders for in-stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your in-stock item will be shipped once the item is located, your payment is approved and the receiving address is verified. Though an item states “in-stock,” there is a small possibility that the merchandise may be a very low quantity and may not be available for shipment and due to popular demand the item could become sold out. If this occurs, you will be notified promptly through email once the availability is verified.
Backordered items are items that are not yet in stock, but available for advanced purchase on our site. A backordered item is shipped directly to you once it is in stock. While we try to maintain a high inventory level on the most popular items, there are times when a particular style, color, or size is not in stock. If this is the case, we will e-mail you that the item is on backorder and ask if you would like to wait for the product, replace it with a different item, or cancel that part of the order. You will be notified of the status of your backordered item and the expected shipment time via email. Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and subject to change.
